Who we are

Bierba is a company specialized in the distribution of responsibly conceived beauty and personal care products. Thanks to its sales and consulting network, it operates nationwide with a particular focus on pharmacies, parapharmacies, herbalist shops, and specialty stores.

Fully owned by Antica Erboristeria S.p.A. – a Benefit Corporation, Bierba is the exclusive distributor of Herbatint products in Italy, ensuring comprehensive coverage through its qualified network of agents.

The Bierba team

Our team is made up of professionals with experience in the cosmetics sector and B2B distribution.

In addition to commercial activities, the Bierba Team provides support for marketing activities, from strategy to trade marketing , from digital to social media management, including dedicated training and in-store presence .

Internal collaboration is strengthened by ongoing training and a corporate culture focused on innovation, quality, and sustainability.

The Mission

Our mission is to offer solutions for consumers who are increasingly attentive to product quality and the responsibility of the companies that produce them. We select and develop our product portfolio following the principles of respect, responsibility, transparency, and sustainability , confident that every brand can contribute to a better world.

We distribute beauty and personal care products with high-quality ingredients , health and wellness formulas, and carefully selected plant extracts . We pay attention to packaging, favoring recycled or recyclable materials, multipurpose solutions, and designs that minimize waste.

Academy

The company Academy provides ongoing training to all internal staff, pharmacists, herbalists, sales staff, and consumers. The goal is to ensure optimal use of all the products in our portfolio, providing in-depth knowledge of the benefits, characteristics, and usage of the brands we distribute.

Consumers are at the center of our attention: thanks to the Academy and our customer service, we offer qualified support and answers to their needs.

Logistics

Bierba has centralized all logistics management in a single warehouse equipped with mobile racks , reducing the need to move multiple vehicles between different sites. This innovative system has increased storage capacity by 75% , optimized warehouse flows, and reduced CO₂ emissions, making the process more efficient than conventional logistics.

This organizational approach allows Bierba to guarantees continuity of supply, rapid order processing, and constant support for B2B partners , maintaining high service standards throughout Italy.

Trade shows

Bierba and the brands it distributes, such as Herbatint and Eau Thermale Jonzac, take part in the most important trade shows for professional cosmetics, including Cosmoprof, Cosmofarma, and Milan Beauty Week. These events foster networking, professional development, and visibility for the product portfolio across pharmacies, para-pharmacies, herbalist shops, and specialized stores.
