Bierba: Accessibility Statement for the website www.bierba.it/en

1. Introduction and regulatory references

Bierba S.r.l., as the owner of the website https://bierba.it/en, is committed to ensuring that this site is accessible in compliance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004 (“Legge Stanca”) and Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act – EAA).

This statement has been prepared in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex 1 of the AGID Guidelines and Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301 549 standard (which incorporates WCAG 2.1 Level AA).

2. State of compliance

Partially compliant.
The website has been designed to meet all applicable requirements; however, some minor non-compliances remain (see § 3). Bierba S.r.l. has initiated an action plan to achieve full compliance by the first quarter of 2026.

3. Content or functionality not yet fully accessible

Language Selector – Menu

  • Current status: The language selector is keyboard-navigable and functional; however, it does not have an explicit visual focus.
  • Planned action: Add visual focus by Q1 2026.

Drop-down Selector – Contact Form

  • Current status: The contact form is fully usable with keyboard commands. However, the drop-down menu items (“User Type” and “Reason for Contact”) do not have an explicit visual focus.
  • Planned action: Add visual focus by Q1 2026.

4. Evaluation method

The evaluation was carried out through an internal self-audit which combines:

  • WAVE (WebAIM), ax DevTools, Lighthouse.
  • On a representative sample of pages, with desktop/mobile browsers and screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver).

An independent external audit has not yet been conducted, which justifies the “partially compliant” status.

Users can report accessibility issues or request alternative content via:

  • commerciale@bierba.it (recommended subject: “Website accessibility report” )
  • Using the contact form, selecting “Website accessibility report” from the “Reason for contact” drop-down menu.

6. Implementation procedure (complaint)

Bierba Srl will respond within 30 working days , providing feedback in an accessible format.

7. Publication date and revisions

  • December 17, 2025
  • New version by March 31, 2026 and annually thereafter or upon release of substantial updates.
